Classes

Dance fitness fusion

A mix of Latin, jazz, fitness and movement. Build cardio, strength and endurance through a variety of styles in a measured and fun way. Suitable for both beginner adults and those with some experience in dance. It can be tailored to match various levels, as the routines are repeated and built on over a series of weeks, before moving to different routines.

Tailored low mobility dance

A mix of exercise, movement and dance, this class is designed for adults and seniors with mobility challenges. The varied dance music is inspiring, fun and uplifting and while it is not a therapy session, you may find that you leave feeling better in mind, body and spirit.

Dance For Parkinson's & mobility

A mostly seated class with some supported exercises. This class is for people living with Parkinsons disease and other mobility challenges. Participants can bring a carer or partner if desired. Classes provide a social environment for participants to interact with other community members, and to share a positive, stimulating activity together with their partners. Enjoy connecting over refreshments at the end of each class.

This is part of the internationally recognised Dance for PD program.
